I’m not here to give you a polished, sugar-coated leadership story.
At 33, I wasn’t coaching CEOs or speaking on global stages. I was a single mother stranded in a foreign country. Broke. Heartbroken. Unemployed. Terrified. No money. No safety net. No backup plan.
Forty job rejections. Then one long cry in a car park — and a voice inside saying: this is not where your story ends.
That moment changed everything. If no one would give me a seat at the table, I’d build the table. That table became LeadershipHQ.
