Most senior leaders have no one to think out loud with. Not their team, not their board, often not at home. Coaching is where that gets solved — six or twelve months, one to one, with someone who has sat on your side of the table.
You don’t need someone to tell you what to do. You’ve been making decisions for years. What’s usually missing is a place to say the unfinished version of a thought out loud, to someone with no stake in the outcome and no reason to flatter you.
So we work on the things that don’t fit into a leadership program — the conversation you’ve been putting off for eight months, the role you’re not sure you want any more, the reaction you keep having and don’t like.
Sessions run against the Leadership Brain Framework™, so there’s structure underneath — but we start wherever the pressure is currently winning, not at module one.

Sessions are ninety minutes, not sixty. An hour barely clears the update before the real thinking starts — the useful part of a coaching conversation almost always arrives in the second half.
The form below, which takes about two minutes. It asks what you’re working on and how much time you can genuinely give it.
A short call before anything is booked. Coaching only works if the fit is right, and I’d rather say so early than take your money and find out at session three.
Ninety-minute sessions, monthly, scheduled around your calendar — with access to me by message in between. Executive runs fortnightly for the first three months, then monthly.
Three coaching quotes needed, with names and roles. Keynote and workshop testimonials must not be reused here — a coaching buyer is asking a different question.
Coaching only works when both people want to be there. These terms exist so that nobody stays out of obligation, and so that the commitment still means something.

The balance is refunded, less sessions already taken.
One pause of up to eight weeks for medical, parental or major work upheaval. Just tell me.
Move any session with 48 hours’ notice. Inside 48 hours the session counts as used.
Sessions expire at the end of the term plus two months’ grace, so falling behind isn’t fatal.
