Four leadership programs I’ve built and taught. Every module is listed below — read what you’d actually cover before you decide.
All four are delivered through The Leadership Association, our membership community. Joining a program takes you there – in-house, group and individual coaching
The leader you're becoming already exists. Most people just haven't decided who she is yet.
This isn’t a program about getting better at your job. Most people who join are already good at their job — that’s rather the problem. Competence became comfortable, and somewhere in there the question of what you were actually building stopped getting asked.
Twelve weeks moving from understanding yourself to defining your leadership, finishing with activation rather than reflection. It teaches Future Me Theory™, the companion to the Leadership Brain Framework™.
Future Me Theory™, understanding the self, and rewiring for boldness. You finish able to name the gap between where you are and where you’re going.
Courage
Weeks 4–6
Confronting fears, building resilience, cultivating self-compassion. The hardest three weeks, and the ones that make the rest hold.
Practice
Weeks 7–9
Enhancing relationships, the science of habit formation, and turning intention into consistent action.
Embodiment
Weeks 10–12
Living as your future self, defining your leadership, and finishing with an activation plan rather than a reflection.
All twelve weeks, one by one

Leadership Impact
Most people are promoted for being good at the work, then left to guess at the job. This is the part nobody taught you.
Delivered in two parts: Leading Self, then Leading Others. The first builds the self-awareness, emotional intelligence and personal foundations that make the second possible — which is why they run in that order rather than as a menu.
It is the largest of the four programs: twelve modules and thirty-eight lessons, from values and vision through to conflict, coaching and the neuroscience behind how people actually change.

For women leaders · ten modules
OWL™ — Outstanding Women Leaders
Ten qualities that decide whether a capable woman is heard in the room or talked over in it.
Character, confidence, courage, compassion, composure, connections, career, communication, clarity and commitment. One module each, in that order, because confidence without character is performance and courage without composure burns out.
This is the online, individual version. The organisational Women Leaders Program — the one my team delivers inside companies through LeadershipHQ, with cohorts and facilitated sessions — is a different thing entirely. If you’re buying for yourself, you’re in the right place.
[One line per module describing what's inside it — ten short lines. Without them this reads as a list of virtues rather than a curriculum.]
From the book · fourteen modules
First Comes Courage
Courage isn't a personality trait you were born with or without. It's trainable — and it has to be built before the moment that needs it.
The course version of my third book. Same argument, but structured so you actually do something with it rather than finish the last chapter feeling briefly inspired.
Fourteen modules that treat courage as a practice rather than a mood: what it is, where fear sits inside it, and what it asks of you at work, in a team, at home, and in the moments when the popular choice and the right one aren’t the same. It finishes with a pledge, because a decision you’ve written down behaves differently to one you’ve only had.
The programs run inside The Leadership Association.
It’s the membership community I founded, and it’s where all four programs sit — alongside the masterclasses, the resource library, live events and everyone else doing the work at the same time. When you join a program, that’s where you land.
