Global leadership keynote speaker
Neuroscience-backed keynotes that leave audiences braver than they arrived — 35+ years in leadership, 20 on stages, 100K+ leaders reached across 10 countries.
What you’re booking
I’m not just a speaker. I’m your secret weapon.
As one of Australia’s most requested leadership speakers, I don’t deliver a talk and leave. I spend time understanding your audience, your industry and the thing your leaders are actually wrestling with — then I build the keynote around it.
Every session blends neuroscience, hard-won experience and stories that land. Your audience leaves with something they can use on Monday, not a feeling that fades by Friday.
45–60 minutes, with or without Q&A

Full or multi-day hosting

Audiences from 4 to 4,000. Typical lead time is one to two weeks. Fees depend on format, location and audience size —
Your audience leaves with something they can use the next morning, not a feeling that fades by Friday.
Every story on stage has research behind it. Substance your senior people will respect.
Executive HR roles before consulting. She has sat on the other side of the table.
A briefing call before a word is written. Your sector, your language, your challenge.
Clear contracting, a 50% deposit, a briefing call, and an assets portal your production team can use.
Energy, depth and zero boring. They’ll be quoting her in six months.
You’re running a risk register, not just a program. Here’s everything organisers normally have to chase, in one place.
Fees depend on format, location and audience size. Tell us what you’re planning and we’ll come back with a number within one business day. If you’re booking through a bureau, they’ll quote directly.
50% deposit confirms the date. Balance due 14 days before the event. The date isn’t held until the deposit is received.
Recording for internal use is generally fine and agreed in writing beforehand. Livestreaming, public release and ongoing reuse are negotiated separately.
A lapel or headset microphone — not a handheld, since she moves. Sonia uses a Mac so IT needs to be informed. Confidence monitor if slides are used. Clear floor space at the front.
A 30-minute call two to three weeks out. We’ll ask about your audience, what’s happened in the organisation lately, and what you want people doing differently afterwards.
Speaker bio, high-resolution photography, session title and description, AV requirements and social assets — all in the Event Planners Portal as soon as the date is confirmed.
Public liability and professional indemnity certificates available on request. Blue Card held for education-sector events.
Everything above is also in the Event Planners Portal, along with downloadable assets.
Also working with emerging and young leaders — see programs for the ones coming next
