Two ways to work together

Workshop, or facilitate.

Most teams don’t need more content. They need one day where the real thing gets said out loud, by the person who’s been sitting on it, in front of everyone who needs to hear it.

Leadership workshops

Skills-based sessions on courage, regulation, difficult conversations and trust. Half day, full day, or a multi-session series for a cohort.

Built on the Leadership Brain Framework™, then tailored to your sector and your actual problem.

Team facilitation

Strategy days, offsites, team charters and the conversations a team has been avoiding. Neutral, structured, and safe enough for honesty.

An outsider changes what’s sayable. That rarely happens when the person running the room reports to someone in it.

The catalogue

What we can run.

A selection. The full menu runs past a hundred, and most engagements end up tailored. Series can lead into certification through the LeadershipHQ Institute or the Certified Human Leader™ pathway with The Leadership Association.

Courageous Conversations

The conversation your team has been avoiding — how to open it, hold it and land it.

Virtual · 2h · 4h · Full day

Regulate to Lead

The leaders who win under pressure aren't fearless — they're regulated. Neuroscience-grounded tools for staying clear, calm and decisive in conflict, crisis and change, used in the room that day.

Virtual · 2h · 4h

The Leadership Pause

The space between trigger and response, and how to widen it deliberately.

Virtual · 2h

Emotional Intelligence

Self-awareness, regulation and empathy as trainable skills rather than personality traits.

2h · 4h · Full day

Psychological Safety

What actually builds it, what quietly destroys it, and how to measure whether you have it.

4h · Full day

Strengths-Based Team Development

Individual strengths, collective capability, and how a team stops duplicating and starts complementing.

4h · Full day

The Leadership Brain

How trust, threat and performance actually work in the brain — and what leaders do with that.

2h · 4h

Leading Through Change

Why change fails at the middle-manager layer, and how to lead people through it rather than at them.

4h · Full day

Feedback That Lands

Giving and receiving it without defensiveness, delay or the compliment sandwich.

Virtual · 2h

Team Charter & Values

Defining who you want to be as a team, what you stand for, and how you'll hold each other to it.

Full day

Strategy & Purpose Facilitation

Aligning a leadership team on purpose and direction — and getting the disagreement out in the open first.

Full day · Multi-day

Women in Leadership

An award-winning program on confidence, visibility and the barriers still standing.

Full day · Multi-session

How it runs

Formats that fit your calendar.

Virtual

90 minutes to 2 hours, live and interactive — not a webinar

Half day

3.5 hours, one or two topics

Full day

6 hours, deeper practice and application

Multi-session series

4–6 sessions across 8–12 weeks

Offsite or strategy day

Full or multi-day facilitation

Groups from 4 to 400. Typical lead time is one to two weeks. Costs depend on format and group size — tell us what you’re planning and we’ll come back with a number.

The facilitation promise

What you can count on.

A discovery call first

Nothing gets designed until I understand your people and what needs to shift.

Outcomes agreed up front

We name what success looks like before the session, and measure against it after.

Everyone participates

Structured so the loudest voice doesn't own the room and the quietest one still contributes.

Tools that leave with them

Frameworks, language and practices your leaders use the following week without me there.

The difference

Why these aren't like the rest.

35+ years, zero theory

Decades coaching and training leaders from start-ups to ASX-listed giants — wisdom, war stories and tools your team can use the next morning.

Science-backed

Built on neuroscience and leadership psychology, then measured against the outcomes you set in the discovery call. Not smile sheets.

Tailored for you

A discovery call before anything is designed. Your sector, your language, your actual problem.

Engaging and practical

People participate because they want to, not because they’ve been told to. No forced fun.

Inclusive and safe

Structured so the quietest person contributes, and so honesty doesn’t cost anyone.

Future-focused

Built for what leadership needs next — AI, hybrid teams, and the human skills that don’t automate.

Built for

Teams under real pressure.

Executive teams

Senior groups who need to decide something together rather than separately.

Middle managers

Carrying change from both directions, usually with the least support.

Technical teams

Where the leaders came up through the craft and were never taught the rest.

HR and People teams

Building capability at scale, often without the budget to match.

Teams rebuilding trust

After a hard year, a restructure, or a departure that left a mark.

Not-for-profits

Youth organisations and community programs. Blue Card held for education-sector work.

Kind words about Sonia

Real words from real leaders.

"We've done a lot of leadership off-sites, but Sonia's session was different. Every activity had a purpose, every conversation was real. We left not only inspired but equipped with tools we use daily."

Shannon Roma
Pacific National

"Sonia facilitated one of the most impactful leadership team sessions I've ever been part of. She challenged us, inspired us, and helped us align not just our strategy but our purpose and values."

Brad Lawrence
General Manager, Terex

"She challenged us, gave us fantastic tools, and encouraged courageous leadership. The team was so energised after the day that we immediately booked a three-day intensive."

Tabitha Pearson
Chief Human Resources Officer, Super Retail Group

Practicalities

The answers before you ask.

Deposit and balance

50% deposit confirms the date. Balance due 14 days before the event. The date isn’t held until the deposit is received.

If you need to move it

Outside 30 days: transferable to a new date within 12 months. Inside 14 days: full fee payable.

Travel

Within Australia, airfares and transfers at cost. Accommodation where the start is early or travel exceeds 3 hours.

Room and materials

Moveable seating rather than theatre style, wall space for butcher’s paper, and a screen if slides are used. Materials supplied.

Recording

Recording for internal use is agreed in writing beforehand. Livestreaming and ongoing reuse are negotiated separately.

Confidentiality

What’s said in the room stays there. Written summaries capture decisions and actions, not who said what.

What comes after

A written summary with decisions made and agreed actions and follow up call.

Insurance and compliance

Public liability and professional indemnity certificates on request. Blue Card held for education-sector work.

Larger rollouts

Multi-month programs across many cohorts are run by the team at LeadershipHQ.

Before you enquire

Common questions.

How far ahead do we need to book?

One to two weeks is usually enough. That covers the discovery call and the design time for a tailored session. Larger multi-day programs and strategy offsites are worth booking further out, but short notice is often possible — ask.

Anything from 4 to 400. A leadership team of six and a conference room of three hundred need different formats, not different facilitators — the design changes, the frameworks don’t. Tell us the number on the discovery call and we’ll shape it accordingly.

Yes, and most engagements end up tailored. The discovery call covers your sector, your language and the specific thing that needs to shift.

Yes. Virtual sessions run live and interactive rather than as a webinar, and hybrid delivery is available where part of the team is remote.

Yes. Certification pathways run through the LeadershipHQ Institute, and the Certified Human Leader™ pathway runs through The Leadership Association. Both can follow on from a workshop series, so a team’s development doesn’t stop when the session ends.

It depends on format, group size and how much bespoke design is involved, so pricing is confirmed after the discovery call rather than published here. Get in touch with what you have in mind and we’ll come back with a straight number.

Enquire

Tell me what needs to shift.

A short discovery call, and I’ll tell you honestly whether a workshop is the right answer. The more direct you are here, the more useful that call is.
